Job Title: Data Security Manager

Job Summary:

Experian is seeking a highly skilled Data Security Manager to join our Global Security Office Security Architecture and Engineering team. As a leader within the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Database security Engineers in our DAM (Database Activity Monitoring) team. Your primary focus will be on helping drive Experian's DAM strategy by fostering strong relationships with key business stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the team and support strategic initiatives across the global organization.
  • Oversee DAM and vulnerability management processes to ensure constant improvement in processes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and administer company policies and procedures through subordinate exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • Manage members of the DAM team on a day-to-day basis, including conducting regular performance review meetings with direct reports.
  • Help ensure DAM controls are defined and developed to operate effectively and compliantly.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the team.
  • Develop and manage the DAM program governance and related documentation closely aligned with agreed.
  • Support the leadership team in developing and delivering security strategy and roadmaps within the DAM domain.
  • Manage business engagement activities, drive standards, and be the champion for new technologies to continue improving the organization's overall Data security posture.
  • Identify and deliver key management reporting requirements.
  • Work in conjunction with HR to successfully recruit replacement and additional members of the team.

Requirements:

  • BS in Science and technology or Engineering or Equivalent.
  • Management Degree MBA, BBA preferable.
  • Security certificates CISSP or CISM preferred.
  • Knowledge of database technologies and Data protection skills.
