As a visionary technologist, you will spearhead our data and AI initiatives, driving projects from concept to production. This requires strategic thinking, leveraging expertise in architecture, design, and implementation of scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data platforms and AI systems, encompassing foundational data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment.
  • Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI systems.
  • Proficiency with modern data platforms and tools, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Strong command of at least one major ML framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one key programming language, such as Python, Scala, or Java.
