Artificial Intelligence Product Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge AI systems from scratch.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles and experience with machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

You'll Thrive in This Role If:

  • You have a strong programming background and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • You have experience with ML/AI frameworks.
  • You have knowledge of data engineering & databases.
  • You are familiar with MLOps and deployment.
  • You have hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • You have a builder's mindset—comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • You have experience with multi-modal systems.
  • You have interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • You have previous work in startups or venture studios.
