  • Balance organizational profit and long-term client opportunities through effective project engagement management.

  • Review and improve solutioning projects delivered by expert teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and develop Genpact's product offerings accordingly.
  • Implement Digital SEP projects and foster collaboration with global counterparts.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements, such as IFRS, GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Evaluate team member performance and identify training needs.
