API Tester Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our dynamic team as an API Tester.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in API testing, with strong proficiency in Python programming and extensive knowledge of FAST API.

The successful candidate will also possess expertise in using Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI for API testing, as well as hands-on experience with Azure for API hosting and deployment.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a professional who demonstrates solid communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive API test plans and test cases.
  • Performing load testing and performance testing to ensure APIs meet stringent business SLAs.
  • Utilizing various API testing tools to ensure robust and efficient API functionality.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams (frontend and backend) to facilitate seamless API integration and data exchange.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues, working with developers for timely resolution.
  • Optimizing APIs for improved performance and scalability.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
