Senior Hardware Designer

Our team is seeking talented professionals to collaborate with researchers at our labs. Together, we'll develop high-quality challenges that reflect real-world semiconductor development complexities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop realistic RTL design and verification problems that mirror industry complexity
- Create containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows
- Work closely with AI researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
- Familiarity with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Curious about AI/ML applications in hardware design
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
