- Establish presence in trading communities - Become an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
- Drive user acquisition - Identify and convert potential users through personalized outreach and demos
- Develop strategic partnerships - Build relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
- Personalize onboarding - Ensure new users understand and actively use the product
- Create thriving communities - Build and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
- Run growth experiments - Test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale what works
- Own key metrics - Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets
- Strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
- Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
- Experience building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
- Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
- Analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
- Experience at a broker or trading platform
- Existing network within trading communities
- Personal trading or investment experience
- Content creation capabilities
- Early-stage startup experience
