Key Responsibilities of a UCCE Engineer

  • Supports experience on Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and other third-party call recording platforms.
  • Has knowledge of basic Cisco products including ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understands Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP, and has ITIL process awareness.
  • Knows the functioning of voice network devices and deployment models for Cisco Voice networks.
  • Uses VOIP and Performance Management Tools with integration experience in other tools.
  • Has knowledge of Telecom infrastructure protocols such as ISDN and analog signaling.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice platform and work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Ready to work in a 24/7 business support environment.

Understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Voice network devices, and Voice network deployment models are essential for this role.
