About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious investment banking analyst to join our team. As an investment banking analyst, you will be responsible for developing complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Develop comprehensive industry and market research and company analysis within consumer and industrial industries.
  • Perform due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
