Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures across our facility.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols.
  • You will work closely with our U.S.-based teams to support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Indirect leadership experience.
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure.
