Role Overview

A strong academic record and technical expertise in security certification frameworks are essential. Experience with agile development environments, software and application security fundamentals, and compliance tooling is also required.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and feedback to ensure the team's success.
  • Define and monitor team health indicators and productivity metrics.
