Lead the charge in shaping, validating, and potentially launching transformative ventures as an Entrepreneur in Residence. Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

This role offers a front-row seat in a fast-growing deep-tech startup solving real-world problems through cutting-edge innovation. You will work closely with the founding team across key strategic initiatives – from market discovery and product ideation to business model design, investor documentation, and go-to-market planning.

You will:

  • Explore new venture opportunities aligned with our mission
  • Conduct deep market research, competitor mapping, and customer discovery
  • Develop strategic proposals, business cases, and execution roadmaps
  • Lead or support investor documentation, including pitch decks, financial models, and narrative building
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to define MVP specs and growth plans
  • Option to transition into a founder/CEO role for validated ideas

To succeed, you should be:

  • A former founder, early startup operator, or domain expert with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and moving fast
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting market gaps and validating hypotheses
  • Excellent communicator – able to craft compelling narratives for investors, partners, and teams
