We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation and growth at Onclusive.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to own machine learning projects from start to finish, working closely with ML leadership and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. As a lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of machine learning engineers, designing scalable services, and collaborating with data platform and product teams to implement cutting-edge algorithms.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end machine learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Lead and grow a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Design and develop scalable machine learning services, leveraging cloud computing platforms like AWS.
  • Collaborate with data platform, product, and MLOPs engineers to implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize inference services on autoscaling fleets with GPUs and specialized hardware.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of machine learning research experience, with a focus on NLP and neural networks.
  • 3+ years of cloud computing experience, preferably with AWS.
  • 1+ year of experience leading a machine learning team of at least 2 people.
  • Proficiency in modern tools for building ML pipelines, including data processing, training, inference, and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
