Italian to English Educator Position

Airlearn is seeking a skilled and motivated educator for its Italian to English content division. The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-quality educational content, leading small teams, and providing strategic direction.

This role involves designing engaging Italian to English language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market. The educator will collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Design and develop educational content that meets the needs of learners in the US market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
  • Content Optimization: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Staying Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve the content offering.
Qualifications:
  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Italian and strong English communication skills.
  • Content Creation Experience: Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
