Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.

About the Role
  • This is a collaborative role where you will work with various stakeholders, product managers, scrum masters, and shared teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating release change control, leading technical installations, and tracking software versions and configurations.
  • A key aspect of this role is effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • You will also ensure project commitments are consistently planned, integrated, and met across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams.
Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-End Planning: Ensure seamless planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  2. Release Change Control: Lead technical installations and track software versions and configurations.
  3. Status Reporting: Communicate effectively and report on status and metrics to stakeholders.
  4. Project Commitments: Ensure project commitments are consistently planned, integrated, and met across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a project manager or product engineer is required.
  • Big Program Implementations: Demonstrable experience in big program implementations involving multiple applications.
  • Agile Development: Strong knowledge of Agile Product Development with a focus on delivery.
  • Techno-Functional Skills: Combination of techno-functional skills and business/functional knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Support: Ability to support stakeholders, colleagues, peers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
