  • Lead end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Coordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.
  • Source high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Track purchase timelines and coordinate logistics for smooth delivery to sites.
  • Uphold industry standards and best practices in all purchase activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine vendor selection and management processes.
  • Introduce process improvements in purchase management to enhance efficiency.
