Job Title: Corporate Office Project Manager - Interior Design

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Office Project Manager - Interior Designer to lead our interior design and project management efforts for corporate office projects across India. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in designing and managing high-end office spaces.



Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end interior design and project management process for corporate office projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop concept designs using sketches, reference images, and 3D models (SketchUp), aligned with client requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure design compliance with building codes, municipal norms, and industry standards.
  • Select materials and prepare mood boards & specifications, taking into account budget constraints and aesthetic considerations.
  • Prepare BOQs, working drawings, and detailed construction documents based on site surveys and finishes.
  • Create and manage project schedules / PERT charts to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits, coordinate with vendors, and monitor on-site work to guarantee quality, cost, and time compliance.
  • Perform quality checks, snag list preparation, and ensure completion before handover to clients.
  • Validate site measurements and assist in bill finalization.
  • Ensure handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranty cards, and AMC agreements.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in office fit-outs / commercial interiors, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven working experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills and expertise.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3D Studio VIZ or similar).
  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Years of Experience Required: 15+ years
