Job Description

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Global Solutions Center (GSC), focusing on high operational efficiency and maintaining strong management operating systems.

  • Balance resource allocation and prioritization based on SIOP meetings to ensure smooth decision-making and high accountability.
  • Drive automation initiatives to minimize manual interventions through process standardization.
  • Develop innovative solutions using ProSight for Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and time series data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical service, process operation, or engineering/monitoring roles within refining and petrochemical industries.
  • Hands-on experience in performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and time series forecasting using tools like ProSight.
  • Strong technical proficiency in data science, including descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using advanced algorithms like machine learning and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders.
