Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security program at Accel India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, information security, and IT, with experience in establishing and implementing comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Program Development and Management:
Establish and implement a strategic enterprise information security and IT risk management program that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Risk Assessment and Management:
Collaborate with business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of and engaged in the process.

Incident Response and Compliance:
Develop and enhance an information security management framework, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements, such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization, partnering with business stakeholders to raise awareness of risk management concerns and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education and Certifications:
Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, along with professional security management certification.

Experience:
Strong experience as a CISO in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT jobs, with knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of personal integrity, innovative thinking, and leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams.

Cloud and Virtualized Environments:
Experience with cloud computing and elastic computing across virtualized environments.

Contract and Vendor Negotiations:
Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management, including managed services.
