  • Provide ongoing advice and guidance on compliance and risk management issues to all businesses and functions.
  • Assess and prioritize risk and compliance issues, establish, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee third-party examinations and audits, including regulatory audits, and ensure accurate and timely information requests from regulators.
  • Guide management and employees on ethics, business conduct, and compliance matters, including the development and oversight of compliance training programs.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory and legal developments governing regulatory compliance.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and insight to management and staff regarding new and emerging compliance issues.
  • Maintain the Compliance Manual and update management on changes in the regulatory environment.
  • Implement various policies, such as codes of conduct, whistleblower policies, and anti-bribery policies, and manage their regular compliance.
