Responsibilities

  1. Identify opportunities and define product/feature vision and strategy, collaborating with leadership to drive impact.
  2. Operate autonomously, taking self-initiatives to resolve product/business problems.
  3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and make investing easy, fun, and accessible.
  5. Communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders, highlighting value and impact.
  6. Determine viability of new initiatives and understand cross-functional requirements.
  7. Own end-to-end product launch and GTM.
  8. Manage and influence key stakeholders on new product ideas and drive product adoption.

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of Product Management experience.
  2. Experience in building scalable fintech platforms focused on investments, trading, wealth management, or market analytics.
  3. Prior background in technology is preferred; MBA is an added bonus.
  4. Good understanding of the financial and investing landscape of India.
  5. Independent, confident, and comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholders.
  6. A strategic thinker with results-oriented, data-rich, and metrics-driven skills.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and dynamic, charismatic critical thinking.
