Brand Storyteller & Communications Expert

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to craft compelling brand stories, develop impactful marketing collateral, and elevate our social presence.

This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape how our company is perceived by the world. You'll be responsible for defining our brand voice and visual identity, translating complex product and customer success stories into engaging narratives, and building and managing decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Create compelling, easy-to-grasp narratives from complex product and customer success stories.

Marketing Collateral

  • Design and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories.

Social & Digital Presence

  • Manage and grow our presence on various platforms.
  • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms.

Events & Showcases

  • Drive brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

Outreach & Campaigns

  • Leverage marketing automation tools to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.
  • Align ABM efforts with sales and partnerships.

Measurement & Insights

  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
