Procurement Leader

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in project procurement and be able to lead a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement strategies, spend analysis, and cost optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead the procurement function for Air Pollution Control (APC) business by ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 15–20 years of experience in project procurement with 5–7 years in a leadership role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for high-value/volume sourcing.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and manage diverse procurement categories.
