Job Title: Visual Content Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Content Lead to oversee the creation of engaging visual content for various media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills.

This role involves leading a team of designers and quality assurance specialists to produce high-quality visual content that meets our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers and QA specialists to create visually appealing content for digital and print media.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and overall project success.
  • Oversee the production process for all visual content materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design projects.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in visual content.
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create templates and style guides as required for new projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Ensure effective English communication skills (written and oral) to discuss designs/design process with customers.
  • Manage and prioritize project resources, including team members and timelines.
