Graphic Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
