About This Role:

">This is an excellent chance to join a reputable migration services firm as a sales representative, where you will be responsible for managing new leads and converting them into clients through effective consultation and communication.
">As a successful candidate, you will have a sound knowledge of Australian visa services, including partner visas, parent visas, temporary visas, permanent visas, and GSM visas. You will also possess leadership skills, overseeing and guiding a team of three administrative staff.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Proven experience in sales or client services, preferably in migration, education, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Australian visa categories (partner, parent, temporary, permanent, GSM)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small admin team
- Organised, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Prior experience in a migration services firm or similar industry
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools
