Biology Researcher

Are you passionate about solving challenging biology problems?

We are seeking a researcher with expertise in biology to test the capabilities of our AI models. You will be responsible for creating and analyzing biology problems, evaluating the reasoning behind model responses, and identifying areas where the model needs improvement.

The goal is to measure how well our models handle complex biological concepts and logical thinking.

You will work independently to create and review biology problems, share insights on the model's understanding of biological functions, and suggest refinements to improve its performance.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples
• Strong written communication, especially in remote settings
• Comfortable working independently
• Stable computer and internet access

About this role:

This position involves working as an independent contractor/freelancer with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST per day and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

Task-based assessment for shortlisted candidates followed by a contract offer with defined timelines and workload.

Responsibilities:

2. Evaluate the logic behind model responses and identify areas for improvement
3. Share insights on the model's understanding of biological functions
4. Suggest refinements to improve the model's performance

Requirements:
