The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership experience, with a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in architecture. They should possess excellent communication skills, business development acumen, and a proven ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit.
- Drive the establishment and growth of our Mumbai office, building a high-performing team and delivering successful projects.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop a talented team of architects, engineers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client relationships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications: B.Arch / M.Arch (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable).
Experience: 15–22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
Skills: Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects; data center project experience a plus; demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit; excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.
