Chief Information Security Strategist

About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our organization's information security strategy, overseeing risk management, compliance, incident response, and security operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining and implementing effective information security strategies and roadmaps.
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
- Lead vulnerability assessments, threat mitigation, and risk management efforts.
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and remediation activities.
- Evaluate compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- Drive security awareness programs and promote a culture of security across the organization.
- Partner with development teams to integrate security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage enterprise security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption).

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or CEH preferred.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide security programs, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven organizations.
- Strong knowledge of network, cloud, and application security; hands-on with SAST/DAST and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage the security function and drive business outcomes.
