We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Software Support Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert-level technical assistance to customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and database structure to create custom reports and export requested data.
  • Utilize SQL queries to research customer issues and troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Serve as the escalation point for issues requiring further investigation beyond initial support.
  • Collaborate closely with our implementation team to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude when communicating with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective idea translation.
  • Strong SQL or database skills, with experience working with enterprise CRM tools like JIRA or Salesforce.
  • Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to resolve complex issues independently.
  • Good understanding of web standards, APIs, and scripting languages.
  • Ability to read and write scripts with solid English writing skills.
