Lead AI/ML Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI/ML Strategist to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Machine Learning and exceptional client relationship skills to design and implement tailored AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to executive leaders
  • Solution Design: Architect end-to-end ML solutions including predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to customer use cases
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with customer systems
  • Technical Consulting: Conduct data assessments, provide ML strategy recommendations, and guide customers through model lifecycle management
  • Knowledge Transfer: Mentor customer teams and build internal AI/ML capabilities through training and best practices sharing
  • Product Development: Gather customer feedback to enhance existing solutions and identify new product opportunities

We require a Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, along with 5+ years of hands-on data science experience and 2+ years in client-facing or consulting roles.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Python/R programming skills, strong SQL capabilities, and expertise in Deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs. Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, cloud ML services, MLOps platforms, data visualization tools, and big data technologies is essential.
