Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and serving large language models using Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML and expertise in writing and reviewing production code in Python. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of the development lifecycle for large language models and be proficient in multi-disciplinary problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, build, and serve large language models using Azure environments
  • Research and Implementation: Research and implement large language model techniques, including pre-training, fine-tuning, and deployment
  • Data Collection: Develop novel data sets and tooling/platforming to collect samples at scale
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality code that meets business objectives and quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in AI/ML
  • Experience in large language model engineering – pretraining, post-training/alignment
  • Deep expertise in writing and reviewing production code in Python
  • Understanding of the development lifecycle for large language models
  • Multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills
