Job Title: IT Support Executive

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize IT Service Management systems to review and respond to requests for support
  • Elevate urgent issues to internal resources or vendors when necessary
  • Communicate with end-users to understand business requirements and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with development teams or application vendors to reproduce reported issues in test environments

Maintenance tasks include performing updates on existing custom software, providing end-user support, monitoring application performance after implementation, and maintaining accurate records of client information.

The role also involves delivering service desk trouble shooting and support services, including troubleshooting common issues such as password resets, operating system problems, and network connectivity issues.
