We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and building intuitive, scalable design solutions. As an individual contributor, you will create usable, aesthetic, and impactful designs for our portfolio of workflow products.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Translating user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs
  • Gathering actionable insights through on-ground user research
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and roadmap
  • Advocating for user-centered design thinking in every stage of the product development lifecycle

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture
