About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Design Lead to join our team and drive user engagement and satisfaction.

As a key member of our design team, you will lead and inspire designers, fostering a learning environment to enhance their skills in user experience and interface design.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-5 designers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Create user-centered designs through research and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards.
  • Perform regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing comprehensive user-interface patterns and specifications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all designs.

A key performance indicator for this role is conducting at least one major training session each quarter for the design team.

The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector, and a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
