We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee our company's ongoing and upcoming projects, focusing on collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project requirements, deadlines, and milestones are met.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to take detailed project briefs and clarify specific requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, feasibility, objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing organizational resource utilization.
  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor team performance.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation to closure.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate with clients and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Ensure timely, in-scope, and budget-constrained project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.
  • Identify potential risks, develop solutions to handle them, and address challenges proactively.
  • Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize their impact.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using verification techniques.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Conduct regular project testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create detailed project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps, in line with ISO standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Apply consistent project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project performance and gather lessons learned.
  • Recommend and document improvements for future projects based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop leadership skills and maintain proficiency through training and conferences.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, AI/ML, and Project Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and be a strong team player.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools, like Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate teams.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the organization, with clients, and third parties.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and outcomes.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
