Facilities Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our equipment, utilities, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of our machinery and equipment.
  • Lead timely responses to breakdowns or unplanned failures with thorough root cause analysis.
  • Minimize downtime and maximize uptime of critical systems, including CNCs, edge banders, panel saws, sanding machines, compressors, dust collectors, etc.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels, power supply systems, air compressors, dust extraction systems, HVAC units, and backup systems.
  • Coordinate with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and spare part availability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, electricians, and maintenance engineers to ensure their skill development and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance logs, service records, permits, and audits to support decision-making and quality control.
  • Collaborate with safety officers to implement safe work practices and machinery guarding to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement across maintenance functions.
  • Recommend and execute equipment upgrades and refurbishments to enhance long-term efficiency and reduce costs.
