Job Title: AI & Psychometrics Specialist

This role combines innovation with expertise to design and improve assessment tools.

  • Design and integrate AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.

Additionally, the role requires working closely with R&D teams in a multicultural and agile environment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Skills include advanced use of generative AI tools, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation, excellent English communication, strong project management and organisational skills, flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
