About the Role

This is a high-impact position for engineers passionate about Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering – with the opportunity to work across advanced AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative AI architectures, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Build, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs and AI models into production systems.
  • Implement RAG pipelines and manage vector databases.
  • Apply prompt engineering and tokenization for optimized outputs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Test, deploy, and monitor models for performance and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with AI advancements, tools, and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Generative AI: 1.6+ years of experience.
  • Agentic AI: 6+ months of experience.
  • Python: 3-5 years of experience (with prompt engineering expertise).
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • Vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • LangChain libraries and AI agents.
  • Cloud: Azure preferred (AWS/GCP also acceptable).
