Key Responsibilities:

  • We design solutions that ensure data accuracy and meet business needs, including creating data models and metadata structures.
  • Develop a framework with standards and best practices tailored to our organization's requirements.
  • We implement sustainable processes to address data quality issues like duplicates and inaccuracies.
  • Establish repositories for master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Lead discussions on master data with different applications.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices is necessary.
  • 8+ years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role with a focus on data quality management is required.
  • Data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques knowledge is needed.
  • Metadata and Reference Data Management are key skills.
  • Fusion Oracle cloud platform experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
