Job Title: Reltio MDM Professional

We are seeking an experienced MDM professional who can lead end-to-end data management implementations and drive the success of enterprise data platforms. If you're passionate about architecting data solutions, hands-on with data configurations, and enjoy mentoring teams and solving complex data challenges, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive MDM strategies across the full project lifecycle.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data configurations and workflows.
  • Configure core data components: data models, match-merge logic, survivorship rules, workflows, data repositories, and user management.
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations using APIs and integration hubs.
  • Oversee task planning, progress tracking, and team mentoring (including junior data professionals).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to solution design documents, test cases, API plans, and deployment artifacts.
  • Address client queries related to technical delivery and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with MDM solutions (minimum 1 end-to-end implementation).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality practices, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and data integration pipelines.
