About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-channel analytics platform implementation and maintenance. This role involves setting up, configuring, and integrating data connections from multiple sources into Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement solution designs for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch.
  2. Create and maintain data schemas, datasets, and connections within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch.
  3. Build and optimize Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, data views, and calculated metrics.
  4. Validate and troubleshoot implementations.
  5. Support analyst preparation of measurement plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, JavaScript programming, and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch is required; Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience is preferred.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch implementation (minimum of 2 years); Adobe certifications are required.
