As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for data analytics platforms, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools. You will be working closely with AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics teams to enhance automated solutions and intelligent support tools. Your primary focus will be on resolving sophisticated problems with AI-augmented data pipelines, creating and maintaining AI-ready technical documentation, and providing guidance on AI-enablement best practices.

In addition, you will participate in on-call rotations with support from AI-powered incident management systems, conduct ML-assisted root cause analysis for significant data incidents, and develop and implement AI-driven proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.
