Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive the execution of our initiatives and maintain program structure, ensuring cross-team accountability.

Key responsibilities include maintaining program trackers, calendars, milestones, and goal updates. Establishing and maintaining operating rhythms is also essential.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner managers to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Drive cross-team accountability for deliverables and deadlines.

As a Program Manager, you will interface directly with various portals and manage recurring administrative tasks. Compiling monthly reports and proposing enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting, and operational workflows are also key responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesProgram Operations & Governance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner managers to ensure seamless task execution.
  • Drive cross-team accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
CSP Platform & Partner Engagement
  • Interface directly with various portals.
  • Manage recurring administrative tasks such as PoP uploads, CRM updates, and marketplace listing changes.
Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Compile monthly reports and performance scorecards.
  • Propose enhancements to co-sell tracking, MDF reporting, and operational workflows.
