Senior Credit Analyst

We are currently looking for a professional with expertise in credit assessment and underwriting to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, analyzing their financial and credit information to make informed decisions.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor the credit portfolio to manage risk, track borrower creditworthiness, and develop strategies to improve asset quality.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor credit risk policies, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, handle inquiries, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive credit reports and analyses to senior management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating borrower creditworthiness and financial information.
- Expertise in portfolio management, including risk mitigation and asset quality improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of lending guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
