As a key player in our team, you will oversee the entire Order to cash cycle for circulation revenue within our department. This role requires core domain expertise in billing, credit recovery management & compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting in the service industry, with a strong background in Chartered Accountancy. Key skills include effective communication, timely task management, process optimization, and result-driven orientation.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely recoveries of all outstanding's across multiple branches. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealer Interface: Ensuring accurate billing to agencies, resolving disputes with agencies and customers, and maintaining customer codes properly.
  • Controllership: Booking value addition orders/invoices regarding sponsorship, reconciling dealer and finance ledger balances, coordinating with auditors, and leveraging revenue accounting expertise.
  • Banking: Managing interface with banks on banking products, clearing collections, and calculating Classified, Display and Canvasser incentives.
  • MIS, finance dept reporting: Generating month-end reports/presentations on revenue and collections, calculating Classified, Display and Canvasser incentives, and ensuring month closing checklist adherence.
  • Legal & Compliances: Ensuring GST & TDS compliance.
  • Commercial & Cost Control: Analyzing debtors, provisioning expenses, managing cost ledgers, vendor payments, legal contracts, barter arrangements, budgeting exercises, and document management setups.

This role supports our business by ensuring all business risks are analyzed well and ensuring 100% error-free revenue recognition.
