Security Analysis Role

This is a key position within the organization's cyber defense strategy. As a security analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets by monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to potential threats and vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection and mitigation strategies. You should be proficient in common security tools and technologies, such as SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, IDS/IPS systems, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection software.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required. Familiarity with regulatory standards, security controls, and best practices is also essential. Industry certifications like Security+, CEH, or similar are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and analysis of network traffic and system logs to identify potential security threats
  • Investigation and response to security incidents, including containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security measures

Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threat modeling, risk management, and incident response
