Production Support Specialist

The Production Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our critical applications and platforms. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to production applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to improve knowledge sharing and reduce mean time to recover (MTTR).
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS (EC2, S3), Kubernetes, and Datadog.
  • Hands-on experience with log checking, file navigation, and SFTP.
  • Expertise in writing SQL/PLSQL queries for data access and debug issues.
  • Experience with Control-M/Autosys schedulers.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
