As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing organizational health risk management and wellness programs for clients. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored health risk management and wellness programs
  • Prepare implementation plans, define responsible parties' roles, and bring in appropriate health management vendors
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs and make changes as necessary
  • Lead multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements and develop strong consultant relationships
  • Work with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on target clients
  • Support overall client relationship building and management, leading health risk management consulting and programs
  • Contribute to the development of new value propositions, products, tools, and approaches
Requirements:
  • Hold an MBA from a reputable institution
  • Have 5+ years of proven experience in General insurance industry
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background
  • Domain knowledge, particularly in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance
