AI Consultant Engineer

What You'll Do- Learning & Development: Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, and Responsible AI, as well as data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
- Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
- Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
- Project Support & Prototyping:
- Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (data, CX, cloud, advisory).
- Innovation & Knowledge Building:
- Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
- Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.
- Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.
- Participate in client workshops (observer → contributor).
- Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises.
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields (First-class preferred).
- Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
- Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
- Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies.
- Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI / Agentic AI.
